Patriarchal Monastery St. George, Al‑Humayrah
The second day began with Orthros (Matins) and a Gospel meditation. The youth then set out on a journey “beyond the screen,” where Dr. Maher Amari guided them into a world not always visible on the screen. They raised questions about their relationship with technology and artificial intelligence, and the impact these leave upon their lives.
This space of questioning continued in the dialogue session, which wove together spiritual, scientific, and technical dimensions. In the evening came Prompting Time, carrying their questions to the fathers, seeking answers born of human experience, faith, and wisdom.
The hours stretched between one activity and another, filled with play, laughter, and interaction. With each game and shared moment, the distance between the young people faded, while the spirit of fellowship and community among them kept growing.
