Patriarch John X in Germany to participate in a conference for Peace

His Beatitude John X, Patriarch of Antioch and all the East went to Germany responding to an invitation to participate in the conference “ways of peace” which is organized by Saint Egidio Community in Munster. At His departure from Beirut Airport there was Nicolas Twainy, minister of anti-corruption issues, as a representative of Mr. President Michael Aoun. 

At His departure there were also: His Eminence Elias Aoude Metropolitan of Beirut, His Eminence Costa Kayal, abbot of St. Elias- Showaya monastery and Archimandrite Romanos Hannat, abbot of Balamand monastery together with an assembly of priests and deacons.
