Ordination of Canon Allam as an Deacon.

 

With the blessing and presence of Patriarch John X, Bishop Moussa Al-Khoury celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Mariamite Cathedral, in the presence of Rev. Bishops: Romanos (Al-Hannat), Youhanna (Batash) and Moussa (Al-Khasi). Many priests and deacons assisted in the service.

During the DivineLiturgy, Canon Allam was ordained as Deacon with the name Niphon.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, His Beatitude gave a speech, asking the Child of the Cave to bring peace to our country in this new stage.
