His Beatitude John X, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, celebrated the Sunday Liturgy in the Mariamite Church of Damascus. Bishops Nicholas Baalbaki and Efrem Malouli, Priests and deacons assisted him. During the Liturgy, Rev. deacon Parthenios Allati received the grace of the holy priesthood. At the end of the service the rite of sanctifying the water took place and all the faithful received the blessing of the sanctified water.
