His Beatitude John X has designated His Grace Bishop Ignacio Samaan patriarchal vicar to Venezuella and the Islands of the Caribbean Sea and Rev. Archimandrite Fady Rabbat patriarchal vicar too, to Mexico and Central America, after the widowhood of the Archdiocese of Mexico, Venezuela, Central America and the Islands of the Caribbean Sea, because of the repose of His Eminence Metropolitan Antonio Chedraou
