His Beatitude Patriarch John X received the General Secretariat of the Syrian Democratic Front, at the Patriarchate in Damascus.

The meeting included discussions on the current situation in Syria and eventual joint efforts for a state of equal citizenship to all Syrians. This would achieves justice for all, a justice guaranteed by a constitution where every citizen feels represented and that is based on authentic Syrian concepts, while paying attention to preserving security, safety, and civil peace as well as meeting the needs and basic services of all citizens.
